Being able to process large volumes of calls is critical to running an effective ID and persuasion campaign. With the increasing reliance on cell phones, combining push button system (Integrated Voice Response or IVR) and live call centers is the only way to achieve saturation. Our system allows you to reach the lowest hanging fruit using IVR calls first, conducting regular tracking calls that give snapshots of the state of the race and act as ID work that is folded into the rest of the campaign program. This is a key tool for generating hot leads for things like volunteer recruitment, low dollar donors, event attendees, and persuadable voters.
